Lentils & Chickpeas

We've pioneered production of lentils and chickpeas on British farms and now work with a group of farmers growing regular crops of lentils in diverse rotations. Chickpeas are more challenging but we are continuing trials and the successful crops are tender and delicious. We also have superb black lentils from French organic farmers Jérémy & Jonathan Desforges.
