B Corp design house , House of Hackney, invite Nature into the home with OVERSTORY: an interiors collection inspired by Britain’s endangered temperate rainforests: an immersive tale of the wild woods. With 17 new Forest Stewardship Council certified wallpapers , 9 new fabrics made with Global Organic Textile Standard certified cotton, as well as hand-crafted furnishings, furniture and home accessories , OVERSTORY transforms natural landscapes into “living rooms”. Taking its name from the uppermost layer of the forest, OVERSTORY is inspired by the rare and endangered British temperate rainforests, l ayered with references to sacred trees, fungi , lichens , woodland creatures and hidden mycelial networks .
