National Council on Strength and Fitness To ensure the approved credits do not expire, Human Kinetics recommends that you complete the course and take the exam within the calendar year you purchased the course. Renewal Requirements 10 CEUs every two years. The NCSF awards 0.5 CEUs per contact hour. 2 CEUs must be earned from proof of current CPR. 1 CEU must be earned from the Ethics and Professional Practice category.
