These Craft Harbor papers both have a glitter finish to them. The Sparkling finish is more prominent while the Glistening is more muted. The photos do not do the beauty of these strips justice. Keep in mind that the finish is on the surface of the paper so it would not be as visible when this paper is used to make tight coils.
