About

Tuner Fish is an American drum accessories brand that has become one of the most popular names in lug locks — small silicone rings that fit over drum tension rods to prevent them from detuning during performance. Simple, colourful and genuinely effective, Tuner Fish Lug Locks are used by drummers worldwide to keep their kit in tune through the most demanding gigs and sessions. Available in a wide range of colours and pack sizes, plus cymbal felts, tone gel and a drummer's towel. Tuner Fish Lug Locks Lug Locks fit over the tension rod where it meets the lug, preventing the rod from rotating and loosening during play. Vibration from drumming — particularly heavy playing and bass drum impact — causes tension rods to gradually unwind, causing the drum to detune over the course of a performance. Lug Locks eliminate this problem entirely, keeping every tension rod locked at its set tension for the duration of the gig.
