This intricately pattered Japanese fabric is decorated with bamboo stalks and various traditional Japanese patterns in a rich navy and cream color palette. The word takenomori (竹の森) is Japanese for "bamboo forest". Bamboo is both physically and culturally ubiquitous across Japan and much of Eastern Asia.
