The Happy Pixie refills do not contain any neon colors, they are all composed of FDA complaint regular and pearl colors. Fusion Paints are Vegan, Gluten Free, Paraben Free and Perfume Free. As budget and demand allows Fusion will expand their refill offerings! You can also get these cakes to use in your kit if you don't have a palette. They each come with a regular plastic lid. Fusion Face Paints are easy to apply with a sponge or brush, and easy to wash off at the end of the day!
