About
Founded in 1984 in Hasami, Nagasaki Prefecture, Koshun Kiln was established by a craftsman who trained in Kyoto and brought that refined aesthetic back to his hometown. His study of glaze and firing techniques became the foundation for the kiln’s work today, producing porcelain with soft tones, rich texture, and balanced forms that fit naturally into daily life.
