About
Open Box items have limited to no usage, but can no longer be considered new due to being removed from original packaging. These consists of display models, returns, test items, damaged shipping boxes, etc. All open box items are tested & inspected by factory authorized service technicians. After testing, these items are deemed to be in like new condition, which we refer to as "Open Box", or used condition (i.e. there is some visible wear and tear, but the item is still in perfect working condition), which we rerefer to as "Open Box Outlet".
