Woolen Spun Yarns

Woolen spun yarns contain lots of air. They're lighter and fluffier than worsted spun yarns, and "bloom" more than worsted spun yarns when blocked. The fibers in woolen spun yarns are not as uniform as worsted spun yarns, so the final fabric may not be as smooth as fabric made with worsted spun yarns.
