About

Beyond Champagne. Explore a world of fizz that spans casual spritz-ready Prosecco, wild and cloudy Pét Nats, traditional method gems, ultra dry Extra Brut styles, and sweet, low alcohol Moscato. This collection brings together sparkling wines and spritz styles that sit outside our core Champagne pages. It is a quick way to shop by taste and occasion, from bright and fruity Prosecco to textural Pét Nat, from party friendly Moscato to complex traditional method bottles. Use the style tags to dive deeper into each category. What Fits Under Other Sparkling? Pet Nat: Pétillant Naturel made by the ancestral method. Bottled before primary fermentation finishes for naturally formed bubbles. Often lightly cloudy with juicy, fresh fruit. Cava: Spanish traditional method sparkling. Fine bubbles, citrus and orchard fruit, biscuit and nut notes with time on lees. Great value for traditional method drinkers. Prosecco: Italian Charmat method sparkling from Glera. Light, aromatic and fruit driven with soft, persistent mousse. Ideal for spritzes and aperitivo. Extra Brut Sparkling: Ultra dry sparkling. Usually 0 to 6 g per litre of residual sugar. Crisp, linear and mineral. Pair with oysters and seafood. Méthode Traditionelle: Bottle fermented sparkling made outside Champagne. Think Tasmania, New Zealand, Italy and Spain. Expect finer bubbles and autolytic complexity. Sparkling Moscato: Sweet, low alcohol fizz with floral and grapey notes. Crowd pleasing and perfect for desserts or fruit platters. How These Styles Taste Prosecco: Green apple, pear, white peach. Fresh and easy with a clean finish. Pét Nat: Citrus, orchard fruit and sometimes tropical accents. Gentle fizz and a playful, textural edge from lees. Cava and Traditional Method: Lemon, apple and stone fruit with brioche, biscuit and nut complexity from lees ageing. Extra Brut: Very dry and precise with high refreshment factor. Sparkling Moscato: Fragrant and sweet with jasmine, grape and peach. Light alcohol and soft mousse
