JST SM 2.5mm Wire-to-Wire Cable Assemblies The JST SM series is a 2.5mm pitch wire-to-wire crimp connector rated for 3A per contact and 250V AC/DC. Unlike wire-to-board connectors, the SM connects two wire harnesses directly to each other — no PCB header required or available . The SMP plug housing features an arm lock mechanism that positively engages the SMR receptacle with an audible click, preventing accidental disconnection in vibration-prone or field-service environments. The SMR receptacle can be panel-mounted in panels from 0.5mm to 2.0mm thick, enabling chassis-mounted receptacle configurations common in industrial enclosures, consumer electronics, and appliance wiring. UL Recognized (file E60389), RoHS2 compliant. Housing: PA 6, UL94V-0.
