Hacksaw blades cut steel, pipe, conduit, bolts and plastic, either in a hand hacksaw frame or in a power hacksaw machine. This collection has hand blades and power hacksaw blades from Bahco, Lenox, Nicholson, Ultra Record, Eclipse, Komet, Ingco, Wadfow and others. How to choose a hacksaw blade Hand or power: 12" (300mm) blades fit standard hacksaw frames and 6" blades fit mini hacksaws. Power hacksaw blades are longer, thicker blades for power hacksaw machines. Teeth per inch: 18T for thick, solid steel, 24T for general steel and pipe, and 32T for thin tube and sheet. Material: carbon steel blades suit occasional use. Bi-metal blades flex without snapping and last longer, and HSS and M2 blades cut harder metals.
