About
Introducing our Dormer Lambs, known as the Wagyu of lamb, due to the marbling in the lamb meet. Dormer is a recognised breed of lamb and is the highest quality lamb in South Africa, straight from the West Coast. We’re committed to free-range farming and giving you a great eating experience. We breed with Meat or “Vleis” Merinos. With the ethos of sustainability, our sheep are shorn and we raise them roaming freely in our fields, often alongside our Angus herd. Our lamb carcasses have an average weight of 18 to 20kg and have a consistent A2 grading.
