Gajraj Collection - Elephant King Furniture The name Gajraj came from the Hindi word for elephant king . Of course, this name perfectly combined the elephant carvings and the fact that the range originates from northern Rajasthan, India . The elephant family now includes over different furniture designs. Every Gajraj piece of furniture has hand carved elephant panels , which are added to a frame to create a door or drawer front. Each panel has an elephant carving, hand carved by skilled artisans of LAKKADHAARA. Ultimately, every piece of Gajraj furniture is unique with each carving being slightly different.
