Project ChainGrip is an experimental R&D project exploring what happens when two very different materials are combined in a single putter. A firm Zero Hard core provides structure and a clean, consistent release, while an extremely tacky outer rim is designed to add grip where the disc meets the chains. These are prototypes, not finished production models. By putting them into players’ hands and gathering real-world feedback, we can learn how the concept performs and what should be refined next.
