We recommended these cables for a safe LED Strip system : RGBW LED Strip - 5 Core AWG20 You can create customised LED strip layouts quickly and easily with our range of GRIPPA connectors and high-quality cable sold by the metre, ready to be cut to your exact size. If you would prefer the option of a soldered cable tail our specialist team will be happy to do the soldering for you. Do not use CAT5 or CAT6 Network cables, phone cables or bell wire - these only have a very limited current carrying capacity and could very easily overheat and cause problems.
