Installation & Foundation Advice Dig & Level: Excavate a 12″ × 12″ hole, 24″ deep. Set our galvanized sleeve perfectly plumb and level. Concrete Fill: Pour at least 300 lb-ft of concrete around the sleeve. Wait 24–48 hours to cure before raising the pole. Erect & Secure: Sectional: Bolt each section using supplied hardware and a torque-rated wrench. Telescoping: Rotate collars to expand each segment; ensure full engagement. Halyard Setup: Thread rope through the truck’s pulley, secure on the cleat, and cycle the line to confirm smooth action. Flag Mounting: Clip on a standard 3′×5′ flag using heavy-duty snap hooks; test raise/lower for clearance and operation. Routine Upkeep: Bi-annual rinse with fresh water, inspect halyards and connectors, and apply silicone spray to the pulley. Accessories & Enhancements Hal
