Iron Neck is the standard in dedicated neck training — a wearable resistance training device invented in 2012 by Mike Jolly in response to CTE and concussion research in contact sports. The 360° isometric and rotational training system targets deep neck stabilizers that standard strength work doesn't hit, used by combat athletes, football programs, physical therapists, and recently by both Jake Paul and Mike Tyson in prep for their 2024 fight.
