Resveratrol is a potent polyphenol found naturally in berries, grapes and peanuts. It has been shown to activate two key enzymes which are critical for healthy ageing. SIRT1 and NMNAT. SIRT1 is linked to chemical reactions that power the cardiovascular system, metabolism, brain health and DNA stabilisation. Resveratrol is also thought to help activate a signalling pathway called nicotinamide-nucleotide adenylyltransferase (NMNAT ).
