About

MOTORCYCLE LIGHTING FOR CHOPPERS, BOBBERS AND CUSTOM HARLEY BUILDS Lighting is one of the last decisions on a build and one of the most visible. A Tombstone tail light reads period-correct on a bobber. A No School Choppers Ford Duolamp on a rigid frame chopper reads like nothing else. Getting the headlight diameter right keeps the front end proportional. This collection covers headlights, tail lights, turn signals, and mounting hardware for custom Harley-Davidson, Triumph, and vintage builds across a range of styles from LED-integrated modern units to straight vintage incandescent. HEADLIGHTS AND MOUNTS Headlights run in 3-1/2, 4-1/2, and 5-1/2-inch diameters in chrome and black finishes, most running H3 55-watt halogen bulbs with high and low beam on 12-volt systems. The 4-1/2-inch Cycle Standard early model headlight is one of the most reviewed in the collection and suits narrow glide and rigid fork builds where a smaller diameter keeps the front end looking right. Cycle Standard also makes a springer-style bottom mount headlight and a side-mount halogen unit for builders running different fork configurations. Headlight mounts are as important as the light itself on a chopper or bobber: Bottom mount brackets : Lowbrow Customs stainless bottom mount brackets for Harley narrow glide, Triumph, and BSA forks, plus a springer-specific version for 1936 to 1949 Harley springers. Springer headlight bracket : Lowbrow Customs aftermarket springer headlight mounting bracket in stainless, one of the most reviewed mounting pieces in the lighting collection. Narrow glide mount : Gasbox 35mm narrow glide headlight mount in tumbled stainless for builders who want a clean, low-profile mount on HD narrow glide forks. Dual headlight mounts : FNA Custom Cycle stainless dual headlight mounts in short and long configurations for dual headlight setups on custom front ends. TAIL LIGHTS The tail light profile sets the back of the bike. Three distinct directions covered here: LED Tombstone
