About
Longarm safes built to the heavier standard required where a Category C licence is held alongside Category A and B. Category C covers semi-automatic and pump-action rimfire rifles and shotguns, and is restricted to primary producers, professional shooters and a narrow set of other genuine reasons. Category C storage requirements are stricter than A and B on both construction and locking, and the safe must be built to the highest category you hold. Ammunition goes in a separate locked container. Your state firearms registry sets the specification and is the authority on what will pass an inspection at your address, so confirm with them before you buy rather than after. If you hold or are applying for a Category C licence and are not certain what your storage needs to look like, call the Roseville store. Getting this wrong means a failed inspection and a delayed permit. These are heavy freight items and may attract additional delivery charges or depot collection outside metro Sydney.
