Bronze is the oldest fountain material still in regular use, and it is still the one that holds fine detail best. A lost-wax casting reproduces the sculptor's surface faithfully, which is why a bronze heron reads as feathers rather than as a bird-shaped object. This collection carries 56 bronze fountain pieces: figurative sculptures where the water comes from the figure, classical tiered fountains cast in bronze, and wall fountains for a courtyard where a freestanding piece would crowd the space. Subjects run through dolphins, cherubs, herons, fish, children and classical forms. Everything ships free to the lower 48 states.
