A basin is the pool a fountain stands in, and it does more work than it looks. It has to catch every drop the fountain throws, hold enough water that the pump never runs dry between top-ups, and look right underneath the piece it carries. This collection carries both kinds. Above-ground basins in cast stone sit on a prepared pad and are the visible pool at the foot of a fountain. Underground basins are heavy-duty poly reservoirs that bury out of sight, for a pondless fountain where the water appears to vanish. Sizes run past eight feet across. Everything ships free to the lower 48 states.
