Fall protection is the part worth getting right. A body belt is a work-positioning device and is not rated to arrest a fall on its own; that requires a full-body harness with a shock-absorbing lanyard and a rated anchorage. Sizing on belts and harnesses is not approximate, so check the range against the wearer before ordering.
