These spring-loaded gate casters are designed to help lift sagging gates. We recommend that your gate has a b ottom clearance of 6-3/4" inch to 8 inches from the ground and 2 inches or less of ground slope . For best performance, mount at the end of the gate positioned at the lowest point along its travel path.
