Half wig questions What is a half wig? A half wig is a wig cap that covers roughly the back three-quarters of your head, with the front and top left open. Your own hair comes out through the open front, the wig clips in behind it with built-in combs and an adjustable band, and you blend your leave-out over the wig's front edge.
