Dunlop has been making tennis equipment since 1910 and its Fort ball is one of the longest-running tennis balls in the sport. Use age and height as a guide: 21in for ages 5 to 7, 23in for 7 to 9, 25in for 9 to 12, and a full-size 27in from age 13. The racket head should sit just off the ground when held at the side. What is the difference between a padel and a tennis racket? A padel racket has no strings — it is a solid, perforated composite bat with a shorter handle. Padel is played on an enclosed court with walls in play, using a slightly lower-pressure ball. How many balls does a coaching session need?
