Are Pilates Reformers worth it? If you wish to invest in your health, reformer pilates will help develop your whole body. Like mat pilates, reformer pilates has many beneifts. It improves your strength, especially around the core, back, glutes and thighs. It also improves flexibility. The reformer allows you move through full range while working on strengthening muscles. The reformers springs and levers create resistance which allows the user stay focussed on the concentric and eccentric contractions to create long, lean, toned muscles. What's not to love about that!
