Our house made sausages are made with the freshest free-range meats and enhanced with our own spice blends. They are wonderful barbecued or it is possible to remove the meat from their skin to add to a favourite pasta dish. All of our sausages displayed online are gluten free. Pork Sausages At Meatsmith, we have a variety of delicious, succulent pork sausages to choose from. If you like a little kick in your sausages, choose our pork, fennel and fermented chilli sausages for your next BBQ. Available in a pack of 4, they are made with Western Plains pork . They pair delightfully with a simple green salad, or better yet, take the meat out of their casings into small meatballs to serve with pasta. Our Luganega sausage s provide some more traditional Italian flavours - they are coiled into a spiral, similar to those in the butcher shops of Italy. Delicious when cooked on charcoal, this sausage originates from Northern Italy and is made with pork, salt, paprika, pepper, garlic and white wine. For something a little more child friendly, we recommend trying our French inspired Toulouse sausages . Delicious and easy to eat with no strong spices, they are a family favourite. These sausages are made with free range rare breed pork, all spice, nutmeg, garlic and parsley. Chicken Sausages As well as the traditional pork sausages, we offer our customers free range chicken sausages. Try our chicken and green peppercorn sausages. Made with free range and hormone free Bannockburn chickens raised near Geelong, they come in a pack of 4. These delicious sausages are made with a mix of chicken, celery seeds, mustard seeds, green peppercorns, tarragon, parsley and thyme and are extra juicy. Pair them with a fresh salad and roast potatoes for an easy dinner. BBQ Sausages Whilst we stock a variety of gou
