Modernica's Case Study® Collection is rooted in the Case Study House Program, launched in 1945 by Arts & Architecture magazine as an exploration of modern domestic life. The program defined a new architectural language built on clarity, openness, and structural honesty. The Case Study Houses established a vision of modernism where architecture and furnishings operated as a unified system, objects conceived as extensions of space rather than separate decorative elements.
