CASOT DES MAILLOLES is a cult natural wine domaine from the Banyuls-Sur-Mer area of the Roussillon region in the south of France . Farming 5 hectares of very steep vineyard terraces many of which feature Granite soils, the domain is highly regarded in the Natural Wine community for wonderful wines like El Nino,Comax Ethylix and Soula which use grapes like Syrah and Grenache. Casot Des Mailloles currently is run by Jordi Perez who took over the domain from esteemed winemaker Alain Castex, back in March 2015. These wines have great ageability and are some of the finest natural wines in Banyuls Sur Mer.
