Domaine Des Cavarodes is a natural wine domain run by Etienne Thiebaud, who is known to be shy with a relentless work ethic in the vineyard of 4.5 hectares where he uses a horse, making popular wines like 'Les Lumachelles', 'Messagelin' & 'IGP Franche Comté Blanc' which is named so as outside the Arbois AOP. He has plots in Arbois and in his village base of Cramans and Cavarodes wines seem to increase in demand each year!
