Founded in 2009 by Pil Hoon Seu, South Korea's first Q Grader, Coffee Libre emerged at a time when specialty coffee culture there was still in its infancy; since then, it has grown to become synonymous with Korea’s third-wave coffee scene. The cafe and roastery distinguishes itself through meticulous sourcing of only the world’s best coffee beans — all imported from over 250 origins through carefully cultivated direct trade relationships.
