Burnished Silver Eagles Minted in 2006 - 2007 - 2008 - 2011 - 2012 The burnished Silver Eagle has a special U.S. Mint "smoothed", satin finish, virtually free of any marks. Additionally, to date, all Burnished Silver Eagles have been struck at the West Point mint and bear the W mintmark on the reverse. All coins are delivered in the original U.S. Mint box unless the coin has been certified by a third party grading service. Specifications Designers: Adolph A.
