About

Diamond blades built for the hard, abrasive materials a building site is made of: engineering brick, concrete block, natural stone, kerbs and paving. Segmented rims clear dust and run cool on a dry cut; continuous and turbo rims give a cleaner edge on facing brick and stone. Sizes run from 115mm and 125mm angle grinder discs to 230mm for large grinders and disc cutters. All have the standard 22.23mm bore. More about this range Blades built for the hard, abrasive materials a building site is made of - engineering brick, concrete block, natural stone, kerb and paving. If you are cutting structural masonry rather than tile or metal, this is the range. Which stone cutting blade do you need? Match the blade to how much you cut, not just to the material: Occasional work - the MI250 handles brick, block and general masonry at the lowest cost per cut. Regular site use - the MI350 and MI650 cut masonry and mixed materials without a blade change. Daily contractor use - the MI750 and MI850 hold their edge through engineering brick and reinforced concrete. Chasing walls - the WS350 , WS750 and WS850 cut clean parallel slots for conduit and pipe. Cutting stone and paving For kerb, walling stone and paving slabs, depth matters more than anything: a 125 mm disc gives roughly 33-36 mm of cut against 28-30 mm from a 115 mm. On 20 mm outdoor porcelain slabs, or anything thicker, use the largest diameter your machine takes - or move to a bench or bridge saw disc . Keep the dust down Cutting brick, block and concrete dry releases respirable crystalline silica. Fit a dust extraction guard and work to an on-tool extraction setup wherever you can. Narrow down by job instead: tile cutting blades , asphalt cutting blades , mortar raking blades , or see every diamond blade we stock in diamond cutting blades . Before you order, check which disc diameter your grinder takes - 115 mm and 125 mm are not interchangeable.
