Call of Cthulhu uses any standard 7-dice set . However, the vast majority of Call of Cthulhu rolls will use only percentile dice. At times, you'll need to use the other 5 dice present in a 7-dice set for things like damage, stat checks, and determining those ever-present sanity losses.
