AdBlue™, or DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) as it is otherwise called, is a liquid substance that consists of urea and deionized water. European emission standards have made it a legal requirement for the majority of trucks, buses, agricultural/construction machinery and now some passenger cars to use this fluid to reduce vehicle diesel emissions to a certain level.
