About
100% Solids Epoxy Resin for Concrete Floors and Walls The epoxy resins in this collection are two part, 100% solids floor and wall coatings that contain no water or solvents that evaporate during cure, so the thickness applied wet is the thickness that remains once the coating hardens. That is what allows a self leveling epoxy floor to fill minor imperfections in concrete and build a seamless, heavy duty finish in one pass. One Stop Epoxy carries eight professional grade epoxy resins, from a general purpose self leveling base coat to fast cure broadcast systems, specialty resins for porous slabs, wall coatings, and chemical resistant formulations up through full novolac protection. Orders ship free to the 48 contiguous states, and most orders ship out the same or next business day. Want a complete, planned out kit instead? Shop our Epoxy Flooring Systems collection for complete, packaged metallic, flake, and solid color floor kits. How to Choose the Right Epoxy Resin These eight resins fall into a few clear categories. Self Leveling 100% Solids Epoxy is the general purpose choice for a standard solid color floor or a flake and quartz receiver coat. 150 Fast Cure is built for one day broadcast installations and doubles as a primer and moisture vapor barrier. LABPOX 35 is a specialty resin for porous concrete. APF Epoxy 400, 600, and Novolac 900 form a chemical resistance ladder, from general purpose up to the most aggressive industrial exposure. APF Epoxy 400 Wall Coating and Epoxy 400 Thixotropic step outside the floor entirely, for walls, cove base, and grout. Compare the floor coating resins below, then the wall and specialty resins in the second table.
