Hailing from Annecy in the French Alps, Salomon was founded in 1947. A humble mountain brand that grew out of the burgeoning pastime of skiing, it’s developed into a multi-faceted apparel, footwear and equipment brand. Trail running and hiking has long played a part in the Salomon story and in recent times their inimitable trail styles have come into the wider consciousness, with the distinctive quick lace system and some of the sharpest colour palettes around.
