History : AmiAmi Established in December 1999 in Tokyo as a hobby specialty shop, AmiAmi began during the dawn of online hobby retail in Japan, aiming to serve collectors with reliable, user-friendly service. Over the years, it expanded its offerings to include scale figures (such as Nendoroids and figma), plush toys, trading cards, plastic model kits, video games, stationery, and other collectibles. In 2016, AmiAmi opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Akihabara, later launching flagship outlets like the Ikebukuro mini store and the multi-floor Figure Tower.
