What SNAP Accessories Can Do Magnetic, Tool-Free, Stackable Lenses Soraa SNAP accessories make up a magnetic-attachment platform - the Soraa SNAP System - that reshapes beams, shifts color temperature, and adds effects to SNAP-compatible Soraa lamps without changing the lamp itself. Each accessory self-centers with magnets and is stackable, so you can run a beam spreader and a CCT shifter together. There are no tools, no fasteners, and no rewiring, which makes it easy to fine-tune a fixture after it is installed or re-aim a display when the merchandise changes. Each accessory does one job well, and you combine them to get the exact beam and color you need: Accessory What it does Beam spreaders Widen a 10-degree spot to 17, 25, 36, or 60 degrees for instant flexibility Linear lenses Create elongated patterns (10x25, 10x36) for shelves, signage, and architectural features Flat-top lenses Square patterns (25x25, 36x36) to frame paintings, furniture, and display tables CCT shifters Change color temperature (for example, 3000K to 2200K) while keeping the same lamp Louvers Cut high-angle glare in downlight applications Aimable accessories Bend the beam up to 20 degrees off-axis without moving the fixture Color filters and clears Pair with Rosco or Lee gels for theatrical, retail, or event effects Predictable, Repeatable Beam Control The point of one-job-per-accessory is repeatability. A beam spreader labeled for a given angle produces the same widening on every lamp it fits, so a lighting plan can call out exact beam and pattern changes and get them consistently across a whole install. That predictability is what lets a specifier call out SNAP on paper and trust the room will match the drawing, rather than aiming and guessing on a ladder. SNAP Compatibility - Which Lamps Work Narrow-Spot Lamps Only SNAP works only with narrow-spot lamps; flood and wide-flood models are not compatible, because the accessory needs a tight source beam to reshape.
