Eleven Bravecto products for dogs, in two formats. The chew defends against paralysis ticks for 4 months and fleas for 3 months, and also treats brown dog ticks, bush ticks, Sarcoptes, Demodex and ear mites; it can be used in puppies over 8 weeks of age weighing at least 2kg and is safe in breeding, pregnant and lactating dogs. The spot-on runs longer between doses at 6 months of flea and paralysis tick cover, and adds sarcoptic mange treatment and prevention of flea tapeworm infections. Weigh the dog before ordering. Both formats are dosed to bodyweight bands from 2kg up to 56kg, and the bands do not overlap, so a dog that has gained condition since the last treatment may need the next size up. Dogs over 56kg fall outside the range — ask your vet rather than combining packs. For paralysis tick control, Bravecto is recommended alongside daily tick searching, as the risk of tick paralysis cannot be entirely eliminated.
