CopRice is the animal nutrition business of Ricegrowers Limited, the SunRice group, and builds its feeds around Australian rice and rice by-products rather than wheat or oats. That is the thread running through a range that covers working dog kibble, adult cat food, horse pellets, backyard layer feed and calf rations. Choosing within the range The dog food splits by workload rather than by breed. Drover is the everyday value ration, Family Dog is aimed at the household pet, and the Working Dog line is the energy-dense option for dogs actually in work — fed to a dog that mostly sleeps on the verandah, it will put weight on rather than muscle. The horse feeds sort by workload too: Versatile for light to moderate work, M and Performer for competition horses, Cool Conditioner as the low-starch option for good doers, High Joule for hard keepers, and G for young stock and breeding.
