Dog Gone Smart's Dirty Dog products are built around one material: a dense microfibre that pulls water and dirt off a dog and holds it until the mat is washed. The doormats are what most people come for. They absorb up to seven times their weight in water and mud, have a gripper backing so they stay put in a doorway, and go straight in the washing machine. Sizing is worth a moment. The doormat comes in 40x58cm, 50x78cm, 66x88cm and a 76x152cm runner. Measure the doorway rather than guessing - a mat narrower than the opening simply lets the dog step around it, and the runner exists for hallways where a dog builds up speed. Colours are Black, Mist Grey, Mocha Brown, Bermuda Blue and Pacific Blue, though not every size is stocked in every colour. The Dirty Dog Doormat Grooming Mitt is the same idea in the hand: rubber nubs on one side to lift dirt and loose hair, microfibre on the other to dry the coat.
