Dr Show is an Australian maker of horse grooming products built around blends of essential and natural oils rather than silicones. The range splits into three parts: wash and coat (All-in-One Conditioning Shampoo, Outdoor Protect & Shine, Mane & Tail Detangler, Super Mousse Braid & Shine), GG Healer topical skin care in cream and spray form, and MUSCLE Horse & Rider , a liniment labelled for use on the horse and the rider. Choosing between the sizes — the shampoo, Outdoor Protect & Shine and the detangler all come in a tack-box bottle and in 4L or 10L refills. For one horse the small bottle is plenty; the 4L and 10L work out substantially cheaper per wash and are worth it once you are washing more than a couple of horses a week. The GG Healer cream and the Shake & Spray do the same job in different places: the cream stays put on a spot you are watching, the spray gets into hair and skin folds a cream cannot reach. The two tools in the range, the Magnetic Massage Glove and the Tail Rake, are designed to be used with the liquids rather than on their own.
