Azzaro was founded in Paris in 1967 by Loris Azzaro, bringing a Mediterranean sensibility to French fashion and, later, fragrance. Azzaro Pour Homme, introduced in 1978, became an enduring masculine aromatic and helped establish the house’s perfume identity. The modern portfolio extends that legacy through the crisp freshness of Chrome and the warmer, more intense Wanted and The Most Wanted families. Azzaro therefore bridges two eras of men’s fragrance: classic aromatic elegance and the sweeter, bolder style favoured by many contemporary wearers.
