Cartier was founded in Paris in 1847 and became one of the world’s defining jewellery and watch maisons, with a heritage built on precision, proportion and exceptional objects. Fragrance joined that universe as a serious creative discipline, notably through Must de Cartier in 1981. Declaration, Pasha de Cartier and La Panthère now move from structured woods and spices to expressive florals. Cartier fragrances carry aspirational value because they extend a long-established design language into scent rather than treating perfume as a separate licensing exercise.
