About

Network Attached Storage (NAS) is a system that allows multiple devices to access and share files over a network. A Raspberry Pi can be used as a NAS by connecting it to a router, assigning it a static IP address, and setting up a network file sharing protocol such as NFS or Samba. By configuring port forwarding, the NAS can also be accessed remotely. This is an affordable and efficient way to share and access files in a home or small office setting.
