Aroids for Sale Probably the best looking family out there is the Araceae family who are commonly called Aroids. This family has some of our all time fav. plants in it which includes Monsteras , Philodendrons , Pothos , Spathiphyllums , Aglaonemas , Alocasias and ZZ plants ! Thats a good looking bunch. Aroids come from all over the world but are commonly found growing on the forest floors which means they make the perfect plants for a low light indoor spot. One common trait all these babes share is that their 'flowers' which is actually a spadix is hidden in a leaf disguised as a flower. The Anthurium or Peace Lily 'flower' is probably one you have seen around. Typically aroids are an easy going bunch and that is why we love them!
